Wintertime is upon us and the thought of scheduling a motorcoach trip can be a scary thing. We, at David Thomas Tours, want to help put your mind at ease. Here is an outline of our cancellation policy for inclement weather.

If you have a Casino/Charter trip scheduled and a snow or ice storm occurs 6-24 hours prior to your departure, simply telephone our convenient 24-hour answering service. One of our representatives will call you immediately to discuss the cancellation of your trip. In the event of a cancellation, David Thomas Tours will credit 100% of the amount paid to a future reservation. It's that simple!

However, if you fail to cancel your group's reservation at least 6 hours prior to your scheduled departure time, and the motorcoach is dispatched, a cancellation fee will be incurred. We also will not give credit for trips cancelled on the grounds of a "predicted" storm. We all know that very often the weather forecasters make predictions that do not occur.
