Q.  Do you offer your seafood feasts on any dates other than those listed in your brochure?

A.  All our available dates are listed in our brochure.

Q.  Do I have a choice between the regular bar and the premium bar?

A.  The seafood feasts that feature an open bar have either one or the other, but not both.

Q.  Do I need to send in my deposit before I make a reservation?

A.  A deposit is not required to make a group reservation.

Q.  Do I need to send in my deposit before I can receive my free flyers to promote my trip?

A.  A deposit is not required to receive your free promotional flyers.

Q.  What forms of payment do you accept?

A.  We accept cash, checks and money orders up until 30 days before departure. Within 30 days of departure, only cash, certified checks or money orders are accepted.

Q.  What is your cancellation policy for a 1 day seafood feast?

A.  All of your money is fully refundable up until 60 days before departure for a 1 day seafood feast.

Q.  Is the gratuity included in the price of the seafood feast?

A.  Gratuities are the responsibility of the group. We suggest that you include it in your selling price or collect it before the trip departs. The suggested gratuity for the driver is $2.00 per person. The wait staff and bartenders are at your own discretion.

Q.  What is the child rate?

A.  Children 2 years of age and under are free. Children 3 years of age and older must pay the full adult price.

Q.  What and where is the Patapsco Flea Market?

A.  It is an indoor/outdoor market of over 1,000 vendors located just minutes from our elegant banquet halls in Glen Burnie, Maryland.

Q.  What is the Inner Harbor?

A.  Baltimore's Inner Harbor is a pedestrian friendly area along the Chesapeake Bay. It is home to many specialty shops and restaurants as well as major attractions like the National Aquarium and the Maryland Science Center.

Q.  Where are the seafood feasts held?

A.  All of our Baltimore seafood feasts are held in either LaFontaine Bleu or Michael's Eighth Avenue banquet halls in Glen Burnie, Maryland which are both approximately 1/2 hour from Baltimore's Inner Harbor.

Q.  What are the crab feast and shrimp feast cruises all about?

A.  The cruises are held aboard the 500 passenger 'Bay Lady' cruise ship which sails out of the Baltimore Inner Harbor on the Chesapeake Bay for 3 hours and then returns back to the Inner Harbor. While on board the ship, you will enjoy your seafood feast along with music and dancing.

Q.  Who do I make the check payable to?

A.  Group leaders should make checks payable to: David Tours & Travel.

Q.  What happens if I can't fill my bus?

A.  There are 3 possible options: 1. We will try to match your group with a group from your area in the Share the Ride Program. 2. If a match is not found, the group leader has the option of paying the empty seat charges. 3. Individual tickets can be purchased and you will provide your own transportation to Baltimore.

Q.  What is the 'Share the Ride Program'?

A.  This program is designed for small groups of 10 or more who would like to share a bus with other small groups. Groups are matched with others in their area to fill a bus and offer the large group rate to all. Groups are not matched up until 4-6 weeks prior to departure.

Q.  I don't have a group, so how can I attend a seafood feast?

A.  Tickets for individuals can be purchased for all our seafood feasts. Transportation to Baltimore would not be included.

Q.  Do I get my deposit back when my trip goes?

A.  Your deposit is a guarantee that we will hold your reservation for you. It is a down payment on your seafood feast and the amount of your deposit will be deducted from the total cost.

Q.  Do I have to be 21 years old to attend?

A.  No. However you will not be able to drink alcoholic beverages from the bar if you are not of legal drinking age and have proper identification.
